Ethical considerations are essential in instructional research and evaluation. In my research proposal, "The Impact of Remote Training Technologies on Digital Marketing Employee Engagement and Skill Transfer," I developed a plan for ethical data collection, ensuring participant confidentiality, informed consent, and fair sampling methods. Additionally, earning my IRB certification reinforced my understanding of research ethics, including data privacy, bias mitigation, and inclusive study design. These experiences have strengthened my ability to conduct responsible research, ensuring instructional products are developed with integrity and inclusivity.
