Effective instructional design requires well-aligned assessments and continuous evaluation. In my design thinking and evaluation project, I developed a formative and summative evaluation plan for a company’s LMS onboarding implementation, ensuring assessments measured intended outcomes and guided improvements. My ISD project included a comprehensive evaluation strategy, utilizing all levels of Kirkpatrick’s model to assess learning effectiveness, behavior change, and business impact. Through these projects, I gained experience in designing meaningful assessments, selecting appropriate evaluation methods, and using data to refine instructional products for better learner outcomes.
