Creating meaningful learning experiences in online environments requires intentional design choices that promote engagement and support learners effectively. In my cybersecurity microlearning module (Articulate Rise), I focused on delivering concise, interactive content to enhance retention in a self-paced format. Developing the ISD design document, I carefully considered how self-paced e-learning can balance flexibility with structured guidance, selecting appropriate technology to maintain engagement. Bringing that design to life, I built a rapid development prototype in Storyline, incorporating interactive scenarios and performance support tools to reinforce learning. These projects deepened my understanding of how instructional strategies, multimedia, and interactivity work together to create impactful online learning experiences.
