Effective learning design requires strong project management to guide development from concept to implementation. In my leadership development pilot program, I created a Gantt chart and project budget, mapping timelines, resources, and costs to ensure smooth execution. For my technical software training project, I applied the ADDIE waterfall model, managing each phase from analysis to evaluation with structured planning and documentation. These experiences reinforced the importance of budgeting, scheduling, and iterative design in managing the full lifecycle of instructional projects. Through these artifacts, I have developed the ability to balance strategic planning with adaptability to support successful learning initiatives.
